This app was helpful for me because it teaches you every day expressions, and utilizes audio so that you can correct your pronunciation.

Additionally, you can practice creating sentences through drag-drop, I find this very convenient and fun to play.

It also updates frequently, so you can receive new words every day to learn.

It should be good for beginners. Note that you have to pay some amount of money to get full access.
